What is the best way to make these drinks?

Whey Proteins: For the best blend, we recommend you mix each scoop of our protein powder with 8 oz of half water, half milk of your choice. Feel free to adjust the ratio based on personal preference (more milk for a creamier taste, more water for a lighter flavor). Make a few to share with friends, or hog it all to yourself ;)

Vegan Proteins: For the best blend, we recommend you mix each scoop of our vegan proteins with 16 oz of half water, half milk of your choice. Enjoy!

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in the USA, using ingredients sourced from their most authentic origins around the world (i.e. first-harvest matcha from Japan, Assam black tea, grass-fed whey isolate from New Zealand, etc.). We partner with one of Taiwan's top boba product manufacturers to formulate the best-tasting products possible, before manufacturing the final products in the USA.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item, and the item must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Note: shipping costs will not be refunded, and there is a $4 restocking fee. While we do our best to make sure every customer is happy with their products, we're happy to assist if you feel that you need to make a return or exchange!

Please email us at hello@lunarliftsnutrition.com and we'll help you through the return process. Note: the customer is responsible for return shipping. We can offer a return label, however this cost will be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept returns on opened products.

Can I cancel/change an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is sent to our warehouse team and they get started on packing and sending it out once received. You can feel free to reach out to our support team to see if anything can be done, however we are unable to make any promises!

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally, however international orders may be subject to customs duties and brokerage fees imposed by your local government. Since our warehouse is located in the USA, shipping fees can be costly. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
